Strengths
They are always positively thinking people. It is very difficult to knock them down on their knees and after every stroke they acquire even more strength. Weak points
Their biggest problem is that they cannot stand somewhere in the second or third row. We may also call it ambition. If Oaks have to fight for a place on the sun their liveliness can change into ruthlessness and their healthy egoism sheer stubbornness. If somebody questions their level and self-esteem they quickly see an existential threat there and they can act aggressively. Self-criticism is not one of their greatest virtues. On the contrary. They have difficulties to admit mistakes trivialize them. They are literally attracted by adventures which is another source of their potential problems.
What should Oaks be careful about?
Not for nothing Oaks trees are assigned only one day as such optimistic, lively and robust people are hard to be seen. Just as a tree a human needs a lot of space and light for their development and for satisfying their basic needs. Oaks long for a life in great style (not to be confused with grandeur or haughtiness!) and if they reach it they acquire really striking appearance and they become a charismatic personality. This sign is best described with adjectives having a meaning of "great": from imposing to generous. It is a sign of leading personalities who need or even love tasks and challenges. If we force them into the role of a pure executor they subject to aggression and they mentally languish. An Oak belongs to the first row! However, Oaks are successful in a team too. One thing is important when in a team with an Oak: his/her partner has to equalize with him/her – they have to have a certain position in their field. Average people do not have a chance.
If we go to an Oak forest we notice something more – for example, which conditions are appreciated best among young Oaks. Small trees stay under the protective wings of the big ones for a long time as they are protected by their huge treetops. This time of getting mature is very important. Only when a big old tree in their neighbourhood dies their time comes and they occupy its place.
As we mentioned at the beginning, Oaks are the sturdiest deciduous trees and they can temporarily bear extreme situations but it cannot turn out to be a permanent state otherwise they will lose their genuine personality in a constant struggle for survival.
